The Learner Wellbeing Profile outlines the characteristics that we want each graduating member of Thomas Hassall Anglican College to have developed.

The Learner Wellbeing Profile exists with a view and firm hope that students will leave the College with an understanding of, and respect for, the Gospel and the Christian Worldview. This statement is supplementary to the Anglican Schools Corporation ‘Philosophy of Education’, which expands on the nature and purpose of Christian education.
As an Anglican College, one of our core objectives is that students will leave us with an understanding of the meta-narrative of the Bible and message of the gospel of Jesus Christ (ASC PoE, p. 15). This will require that students develop a foundational biblical literacy (ASC PoE, p. 5) in order to be able to read and understand the Bible without the need for external assistance. We seek that students have a sound understanding of the gospel in order to make an educated decision about the place of faith in their life.
Paired with this is the need to develop a biblical framework of meaning, through which students can understand their studies and the world they are to enter (ASC PoE, p. 5). This framework will reflect Biblical values, morals and ethics.
