If you wish to speak with your child’s Teacher, Team Leader, Stage Coordinator, House Advisor, Year Advisor, Heads of School, Deputy Principals, Academic Dean of Students, Year 7 – 12 Co-ordinators, or Counsellors, please make an appointment via the Administration Office.

All appointments to see the Principal must be made through the Personal Assistant to the Principal (Mrs Trudie Wilson).

If at any time you have a concern about some aspect of College life or a complaint about someone or something, rather than bottling it up or sharing it with others, contact the College Administration Office and arrange a time to discuss it with the teacher, Co-ordinator or a member of the Executive staff. Alternatively, you can provide feedback online or by sending a letter marked Confidential to the Principal.

Equally, words of encouragement go a long way in sustaining positivity within the College and are most welcome at any time.

Teachers of students in Years 6-12 communicate with parents via their student diary. Parents should check the diary each evening and respond to messages included in it. Parents of Senior School students must sign the diary at the end of each week as confirmation that they have checked their student’s diary.

It is important that parents notify the College immediately if there is a change in their address, email address, place of work, home or mobile phone number. It is important that we are able to contact parents in an emergency. Parents may make these changes via the Parent Portal or by contacting the College Office staff.

Important College information is sent to you via the App. At least one carer must have the College App downloaded and notifications turned on. Find out more https://www.thac.nsw.edu.au/content/how-use-parent-portal

The Way is the fortnightly College newsletter. It is available electronically and you will be notified when it is published on the College App and via email. https://newsletter.thac.nsw.edu.au
